1. Recommended Lot: No issues from our customers and we highly recommend it. Type in the address 20 W. South Street Indianapolis, Indiana 46225 into your GPS and let technology do the rest. It’s also consistently the cheapest lot in the area.
2. NOT Recommended Lot Signage is scarce on how to pay (QR code) and they are not interested in adding more to reduce tickets/towing when we’ve asked or offered them. Related or unrelated; they ticket 100% of cars that don't pay via a camera system and make 10x the money when that happens. We have also had customers get tickets even though they’ve paid and had to spend time fighting with them about it. This lot is directly in front of The Hangar main entrance: This entrance to this lot is hard to find; there are several inlets on the perimeter of the lot that LOOK like entrances, but the only way in is off of south street as shown in the picture. If you extend past 4am by accident you'll be ticketed or charged for an extra day. Don't be fooled you can park here when there are zero other cars parked here.
3. Arby’s Lot: This lot is huge and almost always open, but do not park here. Even though they don’t seem to need the entire lot for their customers they WILL have cars towed; even if they don’t need the space. DO NOT risk it. We are in talks to lease this lot, but so far, they have not shown interest.
4. PRE-PAID PARKING: This is a list of public parking locations that could be a good option on those days where there’s a big event downtown. If you’re ok walking a couple blocks the options can be very reasonable. Pro tip: If you’re a first class tour that walk is easy breezy because you’re not lugging coolers and drinks ;). Anyway, here’s the link
Street Parking is free in many places and metered in others. We’re working on a map to show areas around us, but there are a lot. Just make sure you look at signage because there are no parking areas as well. Obviously street parking is first come, first serve
