We sure do!  The chatbot should help you with pricing, but as far as options go we have 1)beer and wine only, 2)beer wine and cocktails and 3) drink tickets that can be used for anything depending on what you are after. For food, we specialize in brick oven pizza and DIY taco/nacho bar, but have other options like salads, a pasta bar, veggie platters, dessert pizzas, brownies and more! We specialize in great tasting, affordable food and focus on knocking the experiences out of the water!

If you book our gaming bay room (3,000 sq. ft) you get three giant 15-foot simulator bays that can be used for a variety of things: State of the art Trackman golf, Mario Kart or even a flight simulator. This room fits 100-120 people comfortably. If you book the entire venue rental you get 7,500 sq ft of space for up to 400 people (which includes the gaming bays). If you want to shut the street down in front of the bar we’ve done groups over 1,200 people. Where there is a will, there’s a way!

HandleBar Pickup & Dropoff! Let us HANDLE it for you. We have 8 Pedal Pubs so we can pick up 128ppl at a time from any downtown location. The best part is if you buy a drink package we will arrive with coolers STOCKED with ice cold drinks for you guys the SECOND you step out of your building. And we’re motorized so the pedaling is only as hard as you want it to be. Plus, the actual ride is awesome and you get to do a tour of Indy! Talk about VIP!

We actually own a T-Shirt press so we can make any custom T-shirt you want.  The fun part is your guests can make their OWN shirts (your company logo, a design you make in Canva or something you have ChatGPT spit out, etc.) and then fire them out of our stadium caliber T-Shirt cannon. We make the typically lame merch handout, actually fun!

The sooner the better! At Hangar Indy this year, so far we’ve landed 89% of people who reach out to us and that’s only been increasing. As soon as you have your date, LOCK IT IN! We require a $500 deposit to make the reservation and then the full amount is due 7 days before your event with us. Did we also mention we have very straight forward pricing ? We’re told quite often that we’re very clear and easy to work with as far as the pricing goes so reach out and lets get you a quote!

We’ve hosted just about every big company in Indianapolis (Salesforce, Eli Lilly, Visit Indy  and more). Our biggest business lately is starting to come from convention traffic. The university of Michigan has been here multiple times for their Big 10 Championship and national championship games, University of Tennessee for their Sweet 16 Run, The University of Oregon for their Big Championship, Iowa 3 times for women’s basketball events and a bunch of other fun sports related things. We even had a multi-billionaire that owns his own tv network host a party with us! We do birthday parties for 40 or big parties up to 400. We’ve also hosted a ton of out of town companies that are in town for conventions. Our space can fit 400 people inside, but we try to NEVER say no. In 2025 we had someone reach out about hosting 1200 people – we figured out how to shut down the street in front of The Hangar (thank you IPD and the city!) and had a party for 1200… and we kept up on food and drink! It’s been a really fun and challenging ride since we’ve opened The Hangar in 2023, but people have really been loving us for venue rentals!

No one.  It’s brothers Brian and Stephen and half the time you book a venue rental it’s us talking to you to book it! National chain restaurants or venues have their time and place, but when you’re hosting something important sometimes it’s nice to have the personal touch.
